Due to the Impact of COVID-19, Offen Petroleum will Not Acquire Bosselman Energy
Offen Petroleum a leading independent fuel distributor, announced on March 11 that it signed a binding agreement to acquire the business assets of Bosselman Energy (“Bosselman”) a fuel distributor and Bosselman Carriers (“Bosselman”), a trucking company, both based in Nebraska. The deal, however, will not come to fruition due to the significant impact the pandemic has had on the transaction.
