CAM2 International Announces Lubricant Price Increase
CAM2 International advised customers that it will increase the price of all lubricants, automotive chemicals, aerosols, and greases by up to 15%. The increase is effective April 11, 2022. The need for the increase is said to be due to continued and significant increases in the cost of base oils, additives, freight, and paper stock.
Smitty’s Supply Announces Lubricant Price Increase
Smitty’s Supply announced it will increase the price of all lubricating oils, fluids, greases, aerosols, and automotive chemical products by up to 15%. The increase is effective April 11, 2022. The driving force behind the adjustment is said to be the continuing escalation in the cost of base oils and additives.
Valvoline Announces Lubricant Price Increase
Earlier this month, Valvoline advised its customer that it will be increasing the price on branded lubricants by up to 20%, effective April 4, 2022. The increase is due to the rising costs of raw materials.

Infineum Announces Lubricant Additive Price Increase
Infineum advised customers that it will be increasing lubricant additive prices by up to 15%, effective March 31, 2022. The increase is said to be necessary due to the continuing and significant escalation of costs in recent weeks.
