D-A Lubricant Company announces the acquisition of Crystal Packaging, a contract blending company based in Henderson, Colorado. With this acquisition, the company will operate under the new name of D-A Packaging LLC.

Crystal Packaging brings extensive experience in toll blending and contract packaging, serving industries such as automotive, petrochemical, oil and gas exploration, aviation, and more. The acquisition significantly enhances D-A Lubricant’s ability to provide customized solutions, expanding our portfolio of offerings and improving operational efficiency.

Crystal Packaging is a leading provider of toll blending services, enabling companies to manage their inventory efficiently while benefiting from large-scale production capabilities. The company also offers flexible contract packaging services for consumer and industrial products, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality product delivery. Its facility is strategically located within 90 miles of major retail distribution centers, facilitating fast and efficient distribution across the U.S.
