Additional Lubricant Price Increases Announced

Additional lubricant price increases have been announced following JobbersWorld’s recent report on a broadening round of adjustments across the market, as cost pressures tied to raw materials and supply chain disruptions continue to move through the industry.

Phillips 66 has notified customers of an additional price increase, with lubricant prices rising by up to 35%, effective April 20, 2026. The company cited continued increases in key raw material costs, including base oils, feedstocks, and additive components.

Chevron has also announced an additional increase, with prices for lubricating oils, greases, and coolants rising by up to 25%, effective April 24, 2026. .

These announcements follow a series of increases previously reported by JobbersWorld, including actions by Chevron, Phillips 66, ExxonMobil, TotalEnergies, Valvoline Global, and a number of independent and specialty suppliers. Taken together, the latest developments suggest that pricing pressure continues to build across the finished lubricants market as higher input costs move through the supply chain.

The tables below build on JobbersWorld’s April 8 summary and incorporate the latest announced increases.
