ProFluid and Vertical Chemical Expand Specialty Manufacturing Capabilities in McKee, Kentucky
ProFluid LLC and Vertical Chemical announced the expansion of specialty manufacturing and packaging capabilities at their McKee, Kentucky facility. The companies say the expansion strengthens their ability to serve lubricant manufacturers, grease producers, industrial formulators, and specialty chemical customers throughout North America.
The expanded McKee operation increases production capacity for specialty lubricant additives and performance-enhancing chemistries, including varnish mitigation technologies, synthetic esters, and other high-value specialty products used across industrial and automotive lubrication markets.
In addition to expanded manufacturing capabilities, the facility now offers increased raw material storage capacity to support grease and lubricant manufacturers seeking reliable supply chain solutions and flexible inventory management options.
The McKee site has also been developed to provide customers with greater flexibility in product quantities and packaging configurations. Specialty products are now available in a range of package sizes, including bulk, totes, drums, pails, and gallon containers.
According to the companies, the enhanced packaging capability enables ProFluid and Vertical Chemical to serve both large-volume manufacturers and customers requiring smaller niche quantities for specialty applications, product development, pilot programs, and regional distribution.
