Cadence Petroleum Group continues its expansion with the acquisition of R.W. Davis Oil Company, a fuel and lubricant distributor headquartered in Lilburn, GA, and an additional location in Newnan, GA.
Founded in 1972 by Wendell Davis, R.W. Davis Oil Company initially served commercial customers in Georgia’s rapidly developing Dekalb and Gwinnett counties. Over the years, the company has focused on providing commercial fuels and lubricants while diversifying its product range, enhancing its capabilities, and expanding its market presence and operational reach.
R.W. Davis Oil offers a range of premium lubricants from Phillips 66 and other major brands. Their extensive product line includes engine oils, gear oils, greases, metalworking products, and coolants.
