Nouria Energy Completes Acquisition of Enmarket, Announces Official Start of Operations
Nouria Energy has successfully finalized its acquisition of Enmarket from Colonial Group, Inc. This transaction, which was first disclosed on October 31, 2024, has obtained all required regulatory approvals. As of February 25, 2025, all 133 Enmarket convenience store locations and 25 car wash facilities will be integrated into the Nouria brand.
