America Clean Fuel to Open New Lubricant Blending Plant in Texas

America Clean Fuel Corp (ACFC) is preparing to bring a new lubricant blending facility online next month in New Caney, Texas, marking a significant step in its expansion into the industrial lubricants market.

The plant, with a capacity of 1,000 barrels per day, will produce Synergen™ AW46, an ashless hydraulic oil designed for high-performance industrial use. The launch positions ACFC to serve growing demand for cleaner, more reliable lubricant formulations while providing a domestic alternative to established oil majors.

Located just north of Houston, the facility is designed with modular systems that allow for rapid scale-up and on-site storage exceeding 6,000 barrels. The company emphasizes that sustainability and efficiency were central to the plant’s design, with advanced bulk-handling and logistics systems aimed at ensuring both competitive pricing and secure supply for distributors, industrial operators, and government buyers.

“This is the beginning of our broader vision to build one of the most agile and customer-focused lubricant platforms in the country,” said Michael Chase, ACFC co-founder. “Synergen™ AW46 was engineered to extend equipment life and perform under the toughest conditions, giving users a dependable, premium product.”

Industry analysts estimate the U.S. hydraulic oil market exceeds $9 billion annually and is shifting toward cleaner, more sustainable options. With the launch of Synergen, ACFC is aiming to carve out space as an innovative challenger in a field long dominated by multinational energy companies.

ACFC, headquartered in Houston, plans to broaden its Synergen portfolio over time, with the New Caney facility serving as a platform for expansion into additional lubricant categories and international markets.
