Klüber Lubrication and OKS Spezialschmierstoffe, both global leaders in specialty lubricants, are joining forces under Freudenberg Chemical Specialities (FCS), a subsidiary of the Freudenberg Group. Effective January 1, 2026, OKS will be integrated into Klüber Lubrication’s organizational structure, combining nearly 150 years of expertise and innovation.

The partnership strengthens both companies’ capabilities across sales, production, and R&D while maintaining their distinct brand identities. Klüber will continue to expand its position as a trusted OEM partner and engineering specialist across industries, while OKS enhances its presence in the maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) sector and grows its global distribution network.
