General Petroleum, Inc. Welcomes Jessica Tamulonis

General Petroleum, Inc. is proud to announce the hire of Jessica Tamulonis as its automotive business development manager.

Tamulonis brings over a decade of experience in the sales and the lubrication industries.

Prior to joining General Petroleum, Tamulonis worked in Wisconsin for two years where she focused on organic volume growth in both the automotive and commercial sectors. In her career, she has worked with nearly every automotive and commercial original equipment manufacturer. She has earned a solid reputation among her peers and is known for passion and persistence in all that she does.

A Hoosier native, Tamulonis grew up in the suburbs of Indianapolis as the middle child in a family of six. After completing high school at Cathedral, she studied communications at Ball State University (BSU). In addition to her strong commitment to academics, Tamulonis played on the BSU Women’s Lacrosse Team. She also helped manage a local, family owned auto repair shop and small trucking company throughout her college years. However, her true introduction into the lubrication industry came two years later when she was hired as a maintainer for Quality Oil (later to be acquisitioned by U.S. AutoForce). By 2015 Tamulonis had earned the titles automotive lubrication specialist and salesperson of the year, and had been promoted to business consultant for both the Indiana and Illinois markets. Tamulonis later accepted a position with Lubrication Technologies in Wisconsin as their new business development manager and most recently lived in South Florida. Her new position with General Petroleum brings her home to her native state.

“It feels great to be back home in Indiana,” said Tamulonis, “Words don’t even begin to express my excitement to be a part of the General Petroleum family!”

When she’s not in the field, Tamulonis is a proud adrenaline junkie. She loves fitness, rock climbing, golf, white water rafting, hiking, scuba-diving, trail running with her rescue pup, traveling, playing and coaching women’s lacrosse, and competing on an accomplished triathlon team. Anyone who knows Jessica can attest that she lives and works by her motto: Move with purpose!
