Master Petroleum to be Acquired by Parkland
Allows organic growth opportunities throughout Western Colorado
Master Petroleum, a commercial fuel distributor in Western Colorado, announced today that it has entered into an acquisition agreement with Parkland Corporation through its U.S.-based subsidiaries (“Parkland USA”). Parkland is one of North America’s and the Caribbean’s fastest growing independent suppliers and marketers of fuel and petroleum products.
Founded in 1982, Master Petroleum distributes fuel to a range of customers including construction, agriculture, oilfield and trucking.
Bulk fuel delivery is Master Petroleum’s core business. The fleet comprises 74 bobtails, 15 tractors and 19 trailers. The seven bulk plants have a combined fuel tank storage capacity of 1M gallons. Master also has a network of 10 cardlocks.

The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter.
Master Petroleum will operate under the Rockies ROC of Parkland USA, based in CO and UT.
