Universal Environmental Services, LLC Acquires Enterprise Oil, Inc

Universal Environmental Services, LLC (“UES”) announced the acquisition of Enterprise Oil, Inc. based in Knoxville Tennessee. Enterprise Oil is an environmental services company focused on the collection, processing and marketing of used oil and used oil related services. Included in the service offerings from Enterprise Oil are Industrial Services, Waste to Energy services and Zero Landfill operations.
 
Enterprise Oil has been providing services to the Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia areas for over 37 years.
