STLE Partners With European Sustainability Expert Carbon Minds

This partnership includes a four-part series on life cycle assessment

The Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE), a technical organization dedicated to serving professionals, companies, and institutions within the tribology and lubrication engineering sectors, has announced a collaboration with the European sustainability authority, Carbon Minds. This partnership will result in a four-part series focused on life cycle assessment (LCA). Carbon Minds is recognized as a leading source of sustainability information in Europe.

Participants will receive valuable insights and a certificate that will assist their organizations in addressing the challenges associated with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and product carbon footprint (PCF). Additionally, there will be a chance for attendees to engage with a Carbon Minds representative during Part III of the program to discuss sustainability-related inquiries.

Part II: PCF Fundamentals for the Lubricants Industry: A Guide to Kick-Start Your PCF Journey (on-demand only)

Abstract: This two-hour course provides a foundational understanding of Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) calculations through the lens of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), tailored specifically to the lubricants and grease industry.
