The FUCHS Group, a global leader in the lubricants sector, has acquired IRMCO® Advanced Metalforming Lubricant Technologies, a US-based manufacturer specializing in metal-forming lubricants for complex manufacturing processes. Established in 1914 and located in Illinois, this family-owned company brings over a hundred years of innovation and expertise to FUCHS. This acquisition is part of FUCHS’s strategy to enhance its industrial product range and provide sustainable lubrication solutions across various markets.
