Cadence Petroleum Group Acquires Southeast Energy
Cadence Petroleum Group continues its expansion with the acquisition of Southeast Energy, a Danville, VA–based lubricants distributor serving Virginia and North Carolina
Southeast Energy was founded in 1970 as B&B Distributing, distributing Pennzoil and Wolfs Head products as a one-man operation. The business grew over the years as a long-term distributor for Shell and private label lubricants across Virginia and North Carolina.

The addition of Southeast strengthens Cadence’s leading position in lubricant distribution in North Carolina and Virginia.
