Lucas Oil Promotes Naomi Furgiuele to Chief Operating Officer
Lucas Oil has promoted Naomi Furgiuele to chief operating officer, expanding her responsibilities to include manufacturing, customer service, information technology and supply chain management. The appointment is effective immediately.
Furgiuele joined Lucas Oil in early 2024 as senior product manager and was promoted to vice president of product development later that year. She subsequently advanced to chief product officer, giving her experience across product strategy, development and operations before moving into the COO role.
Lucas Oil CEO Morgan Lucas said Furgiuele has played an important role in maintaining standards across the company’s portfolio of more than 300 products and pointed to her leadership, product expertise and focus on operational execution.
Company President Katie Lucas said Furgiuele’s combination of product-development and operational experience, along with her relationships across the organization, positions her well for the broader leadership role.
Before joining Lucas Oil, Furgiuele worked at Ignite Venture Studio and co-founded Small World Brands. Earlier in her career, she spent 16 years at Johnson & Johnson, where her work included product strategy for brands including Neutrogena and Aveeno.
The promotion places Furgiuele in a central role overseeing functions that connect product development with manufacturing and supply chain execution. For a lubricant company with a broad portfolio spanning engine oils, additives, greases and specialty products, that combination of responsibilities gives the COO position a direct role in how products move from development through production and into the market.
