Waring Oil Company, LLC announced February 1, 2017 the acquisition of Martin Lubricants-Mobile, located in Mobile, AL. This acquisition of Martin Lubricants gives Waring the ability to expand its growth opportunities in the Pine Belt and Alabama Gulf Coast regions. It will also increase the company’s overall footprint in Mississippi and Alabama.

Waring Oil currently has five bulk plants throughout Mississippi: Jackson, Louisville, Tupelo, and Biloxi. Each location is a full-service provider for lubricants and fuels. The home office is located in Vicksburg. “This acquisition will firmly solidify our presence in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and Florida Panhandle,” says Jamie Yearwood, General Manager for Waring Oil.
