RelaDyne Acquires Legacy Fueling and Lubricants of Victoria, Texas
RelaDyne, one of the nation’s leading providers of lubricants, fuel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), and industrial reliability services, has acquired Legacy Fueling and Lubricants, a provider of a wide array of lubricants, fueling services, dust control application services, and innovative quality control services.
Formerly Trés Lubrication Products, founded in 2011 in Victoria, Texas, Legacy Fueling and Lubricants offered the products and services to the Eagle Ford Shale marketplaces that no one else was offering. The company has since evolved into a comprehensive fuel and lubricants distributor and will expand RelaDyne’s geographic density in Texas, strengthening RelaDyne’s existing lubricant and fueling capabilities in the area.
“We have had a long, successful partnership with RelaDyne and are thrilled to officially be joining the RelaDyne family. Our team at Legacy is excited to experience the new opportunities that await as part of a larger distributor with such an advanced portfolio of products and services,” said Martin Leske, President of Legacy Fueling and Lubricants. “We expect to integrate seamlessly with the existing teams in Louisiana and Texas and are primed for accelerated growth.”
“The addition of Legacy Fueling and Lubricants is a welcome expansion for our Texas operations,” stated Larry Stoddard, RelaDyne President and CEO. “As part of RelaDyne, the Legacy Fueling and Lubricants team and customers will be offered unparalleled new capabilities and growth opportunities.”
RelaDyne continues to be the “Acquirer of Choice” in the lubricants, fuel, and reliability segments. “RelaDyne has acquired six companies so far in 2019, which have increased our geographical footprint and density throughout our distribution network,” said RelaDyne CSO, Jeff Hart. “We have had our eye on expanding in South Texas and believe Legacy, with Martin’s leadership, will be a phenomenal partnership.”
About Legacy Fueling & Lubricants
Legacy Fueling & Lubricants, formerly Trés Lubrication Products, was founded in 2011 in Victoria, Texas, and simply offered the products and services to the Eagle Ford Shale marketplaces that no one else was offering. Legacy evolved from a wholesale lubricant supplier into a service company offering a wide array of lubricants, fueling services, dust control application services, and innovative quality control services.
RelaDyne, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, is one of the nation’s leading providers of lubricants, fuels, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), and reliability services for industrial, commercial, and automotive businesses in the United States. RelaDyne was formed in 2010 by the combination of four well-established industry-leading companies and has since grown to more than 60 locations by strategically acquiring other industry leaders in the lubricant, fuel distribution, and industrial service segments.
