Parkland Completes Acquisition of Assets From Mort Distributing, Inc.
Parkland Fuel Corporation (“Parkland”) (TSX:PKI) announced that through its wholly owned U.S. subsidiaries (collectively, “Parkland USA”), it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the assets of Mort Distributing, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Mort”).
