Omni Specialty Packaging announced on September 17th a general price increase of 8% to 12% effective October 16, 2020 on all finished lubricants and automotive chemical products. The company attributes the increase to rising costs associated with raw materials.

PennStar announced on September 16th it will raise the price lubricating oils up to $0.40 a gallon depending on the product segment and $0.07 a pound on greases, effective October 10, 2020. This increase is said to be the result of the continued increase in raw materials and the manufacturing and distribution of its products.
